Your skin is your largest organ and your first line of defense. Pollution, UV rays, bacteria, makeup, oil, and stress? Your skin battles all of it. But without proper care, that shield weakens—fast.

Neglecting your skin can lead to:

With 42+ years in skincare, I’ve seen it all—and coached thousands through it. Here's your basic, no-fluff routine that actually works:


Cleanser

Gently removes makeup, dirt, and pollutants without stripping your skin. Choose a face-specific formula.

 

Serum

These are your skin’s problem solvers. From brightening to calming to smoothing—serums are tailored to your unique concerns.


Moisturizer

Hydration is non-negotiable—even for oily skin types. Moisturizers protect your barrier and lock in goodness.


SPF 30+

Every. Single. Day. No matter the weather. Sunscreen is your best defense against wrinkles, pigmentation, and skin cancer.


Exfoliant (1–2x/week)

Gently buffs off dead skin cells to reveal smoother, more radiant skin underneath. Your skin will drink in your products better, too.


When To Use What: A.M. vs. P.M.

 Morning Routine:

  1. Cleanse

  2. Apply antioxidant or hydrating serum

  3. Moisturize

  4. Apply SPF 30+


 Evening Routine:

  1. Cleanse

  2. Exfoliate (1–2x/week)

  3. Apply treatment serum (retinol, peptides, etc.)

  4. Moisturize


Seasonal & Age-Specific Skincare Tips

 In Winter: Switch to a richer moisturizer and watch for dryness.

 In Summer: Go lightweight and oil-free. Reapply sunscreen regularly.
